摘要
为了研究排汽缸内部流场特点并对其进行改善,运用Fluent软件基于Spalart-Allmaras单方程模型对600MW机组汽轮机排汽缸内流场进行数值模拟。结果显示:从扩压管排出的汽流在上半部排汽缸内形成一个强度较大的漩涡,造成排汽缸的排汽压损集中于此。在上半部排汽缸内装设一列挡板,能有效地减小漩涡的强度,汽缸内流场得到改善,排汽压损减小35Pa。
Simulates the exhaust hood in 600 MW unit applied to fluent programme based on the single equation model of Spalart-Allmaras,in order to analyse the character of flow field in the exhaust hood and further improve the performance.The result demonstrates that flow from the diffuser turns over across the inner wall of diffuser and then into the exhaust hood forming a heavy fluid vortex below the outlet of diffuser,causing majority of exhaust loss.Further analysis shows that a series of deflectors equipped in the upper half hood can decrease the intensity of the vortex,so that the flow field in the exhaust hood is improved and the exhaust pressure loss decreased by 35 Pa.
