摘要
高炉炼铁是钢铁生产的主要能源消耗工序之一。近年来发展起来的BPRT同轴机组可实现高炉鼓风和高炉煤气余压余能回收的双重作用,可避免能源进行2次转换时的损失,大大提高了能源利用效率;此外,BPRT同轴机组能够调节稳定高炉炉顶压力,实现高品质炼铁。研究主要介绍了BPRT同轴机组与传统TRT机组的组成和工艺流程的特点,重点介绍了BPRT同轴机组的结构设计及节能效果。通过工况数据分析得出,运行BPRT同轴机组的高炉比传统TRT机组节电43.8%,给企业带来可观的经济和环保收益。
Blast furnace iron making is one of the main energy consumption processes in steel production.In recent years,the development of BPRT coaxial unit can realize the double effect of blast-furnace air and blast furnace gas residual pressure energy recovery,which can avoid the loss of energy in two conversions and greatly improving the efficiency of energy use.In addition,the BPRT coaxial unit can regulate the stability of blast furnace top pressure and achieve highquality iron.This paper mainly introduces the composition and process flow characteristics of the BPRT coaxial unit and the traditional TRT unit,and introduces the structure design and the energy saving effect of the BPRT coaxial unit.It can be seen through the analysis of working condition data,the blast furnace running BPRT coaxial unit is 43.8%more energy saving than the traditional TRT unit,which can bring considerable economic and environmental benefits to the enterprise.
