艾灸过敏引起泛发性湿疹1例 被引量：8

摘要 1 病例介绍王×,女,58岁,于2015年8月13日10时来我科就诊.患者自述10d前在朋友家进行艾灸调理,后背五排艾灸同时进行,灸1h,第3天自述出现少量皮疹,自觉瘙痒,未经在意,连续艾灸6d.自述前胸后背起大片皮疹,并出现水泡,自觉瘙痒剧烈,在家自行拔罐以缓解瘙痒,并停止艾灸,与此同时水泡逐渐减少,随之开始在四肢,周身出现大量的红色皮疹.遂于今日来我科门诊就诊,该患者既往无药物及食物过敏史,舌质红,苔黄腻,脉滑数,二便正常.皮肤科检查：周身泛发红斑丘疹,部分融合成片.
