发作性睡病的临床研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 发作性睡病是以日间过度睡眠、猝倒发作、睡眠麻痹和入睡前幻觉为主要特征的慢性睡眠障碍。国际睡眠障碍分类第3版(ICSD-3)和《中国发作性睡病诊断与治疗指南》根据该病的临床表现及脑脊液中下丘脑分泌素-1(Hcrt-1)的含量,将发作性睡病分为1型和2型两个亚型。
