研究型医院病区绩效管理的实践

摘要 病区是医院的基本单元,病区的医疗质量管理水平决定医院管理的成效;随着综合型医院医疗技术水平的不断提高,重点科室的病区数量越来越多,亚专科分工越来越细,加强病区层次的绩效管理日益成为精细化管理的内在要求。为了加强医院管理,提升医疗质量,以病区为单位,通过建立健全数质量指标体系和核心制度考评标准,按周、月、季度和年度分别对病区实行绩效考核,取得效果。 As the basic unit of the hospital, the medical quality management of the inpatient area deter- mines the effect of hospital management. Owing to the continuous improvement of comprehensive hospital medical technology, growing number of wards in key departments, more sophisticated division of sub - specialties, per- formance management of in - patient area has increasingly been required by the more sophisticated management. In order to strengthen hospital management and enhance the quality of medical care, a complete quality index system and core system evaluation criteria were established in the different ward areas to evaluate their weekly, quarterly and yearly performance, which had achieved good results.
