摘要
目的建立以多种学术成果为基础的科研评价方法和体系,为实现对临床医师科研水平快速合理的评价提供参考。方法以某大型综合性三甲医院的科研管理者和临床医师为目标人群,建立层次分析法的层次结构模型、构建判断矩阵和计算各层次指标的权重,初步构建临床医师科研评价体系。结果在一级指标中,基金课题所占权重最大。在二级指标中,专利转化、基金课题等级、经费数量和论文影响力4个二级指标的层次总权重大于0.1。结论构建的临床医师科研成果评价体系为临床科研管理人员提供简便易行的科研评价工具。
Objective To construct a research evaluation method and system based on a variety of scientif- ic research outputs, which would provide the reference for evaluating research levels of clinical doctors reasonably and quickly. Methods Scientific research managers and clinic doctors in a large third - level grade - A hospital were the target group. Hierarchy structure model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and judgment matrix were constructed, and weights of indicators of every level were calculated to construct an initial system for evaluating sci- entific research output of clinical doctors. Results Among the first grade indicators, the greatest weight was carried by the funded project. Among the second grade indicators, weight higher than 0.1 was carried by patent transla- tion, hierarchy of the funded project, fund quantity and influence of paper. Conclusion The established system for evaluation of scientificresearch output of clinical doctors is proved to be easy and convenient.
