装配式混凝土结构质量控制与检验

Quality Control and Check of Prefabricated Concrete Structure

装配式混凝土结构(文中简称"装配式结构")作为建筑工业化的重要组成部分,已成为建筑行业的发展方向和趋势。重庆市已实施的装配式结构数量较少,工程质量控制和检测验收经验明显不足。本文介绍了装配式结构及其技术特点,调查研究了相关的标准或规范,分析了装配式结构质量控制与检验的现状,从预制构件的生产、进场验收、施工质量验收等各个环节进行归纳总结,提出了装配式结构建设各个阶段验收及检测的主要内容,可为重庆市装配式结构的工程质量监督提供借鉴与参考。

As the important component of construction industrialization,prefabricated concrete structure（referred to as ＂fabricated structure＂ in the text） has become the development direction and trend of construction industry.The number of fabricated structure had been implemented in Chongqing was less,experience in project quality control and inspection and acceptance was obviously insufficient.This paper introduced the precast structure and its technical characteristics,investigates and studies the relevant standards or norms,the present situation of quality control and inspection of precast structure was analyzed,summarized the main contents of the precast structure construction at each stage of the inspection and acceptance from precast production,site acceptance,acceptance of construction quality of each link,provided reference for the construction quality supervision of the precast structure in Chongqing.
