摘要
总结了危险房屋存在的主要安全隐患,从设计、施工及使用等三方面分析了危险房屋形成的原因,供危险房屋的鉴定与管理参考。
In this paper,typical hidden troubles of dangerous buildings were summarized and the cause of dangerous buildings was analyzed from three respects,which were design,construction and service to provide reference for dangerous building appraisal and management.
