实习护生人文关怀能力的干预效果分析 被引量:8

Effect of intervention on humanistic care ability in internship nursing students

摘要 目的 探讨提升护生人文关怀能力的做法与效果.方法 选取2012年5月—2013年4月在某科室实习的护生36名作为对照组,2013年5月—2014年4月实习的护生34名作为干预组,对照组采用科室传统的临床带教模式,干预组在传统临床带教模式的基础上进行改进,着重加强了对护生人文护理方面的教育;比较干预前后护生关怀能力及患者对其满意度情况.结果 干预前,两组护生人文关怀能力总分及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);干预后,干预组护生在人文关怀能力总分及认知、耐心、鼓励维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);患者对干预组护生整体素质及人文关怀方面的满意度均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 加强对临床实习护生人文护理方面的教育和培训,可提升其关怀能力,以深化"以患者为中心"的服务理念,提供更优质的护理服务. Objective To explore the intervention of improving nursing students'humanistic care ability. Methods We selected 36 internship nursing students between May 2012 and April 2013 as control group ( routine clinical teaching model ) and 34 internship nursing students between May 2013 and April 2014 as intervention group ( improved clinical teaching model that emphasizes the humanistic care ) . We compared the nursing students' humanistic care ability and the patients' satisfaction with them before and after intervention. Results There were no significant differences in the total score and the score of all dimensions of humanistic care ability between the intervention group and the control group before intervention (P〉0. 05). After the intervention, the total score and the dimension score of cognition, patience, encouragement in the intervention group was all higher than that in the control group (P 〈0. 05). And patients' satisfaction with nursing students' overall quality and humanistic care was higher than that of the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Strengthening the humanistic nursing education and training can improve the humanistic care ability, deepens the"Patient centered" concept and provides the higher quality nursing service.
