Classification analysis of 1 349 reflective diary of undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的:通过分析本科护生临床课间见习时所书写的反思日记,总结反思日记中学生的所思所想,发现临床见习带教中存在的问题,为本科护生的课程教学管理与改进及临床实践教学管理提供依据。方法采用质性研究与量性研究相结合的方法,对46名本科护生的1349篇反思日记,共2764项反思条目的内容进行归类分析。结果经分析,护生见习反思主要侧重于3个方面:知识和技能、护患沟通和人际关系、情感体验,各部分反思条目分别占反思总条目的46.71%,26.70%,26.59%。结论学生的反思日记在一定程度上反映了学生在专业学习早期在医院接触患者后的所见所闻对自身产生的内在思想碰撞与感悟,对培养护生的职业情感、职业态度以及护生的专业知识和能力有一定的影响,对课程教学管理特别是实践教学管理有一定的指导意义。 Objective To analyze and summarize the perceptions and experiences of undergraduate nursing students according to their reflective diary, and to investigate the strengths and weaknesses of clinical teaching in order to give suggestions of further clinical education and practice. Methods A mix-methods was used to analyze and classify the contents of 1 349 reflective diary including 2 764 key reflections written by 46 undergraduate nursing students. Results The reflective diary were concluded into three key themes including: knowledge and skills ( 46. 71% ), nurse-patient communication ( 26. 70% ) and emotional experiences (26. 59%). Conclusions The reflective diary can indicate students′ perceptions and experiences during their early clinical practices in order to further develop their occupational emotion and attitude, as well as professional knowledge and skills. Moreover, the reflective diary can be regarded as guidelines and suggestions in future education, especially in clinical practice.
