摘要
目的:探讨“医护一体化”管理模式在手术部位标识管理中的应用。方法成立“医护一体化”手术部位标识管理小组,调查各手术科室术前手术部位标识的现状,比较实施“医护一体化”管理模式前后手术部位标识的执行情况,同时对实施前后手术部位标识不合格率进行统计。结果医护一体化管理后医护人员落实手术部位标识合格率显著优于管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P 〈0.05)。结论医护一体化管理模式可充分发挥医护人员的主观能动性,防范医疗事故的发生,确保患者生命安全,提高医护质量。
Objective To explore the application of “doctor-nurse integrating” management model in management of surgical sites mark. Methods A “doctor-nurse integrating” management team for surgical site mark was established. Then, the current situation of surgical sites mark was investigated before operation in Operating Room. In addition, the execution of surgical sites mark was compared and the failure rate of surgical sites mark were counted before and after the implementation of “doctor-nurse integrating” management mode. Results After the implementation of “doctor-nurse integrating” management mode, the pass-rate of surgical sites marks in medical staff was significantly better than before with a significant difference (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions “Doctor-nurse integrating” management mode can make medical staff give full play to subjective initiative, prevent the medical incidents, ensure the safety of patients, and improve medical care quality.
