本文对江苏某年产300万吨PTA装置一期凝汽器蒸汽侧铁磁垢的产生原因及成分进行了分析,优选出最佳清洗药剂配方。根据现场情况设计了具有良好可行性的化学清洗工艺,本研究对同类铁磁垢的清洗具有借鉴意义。

In this paper,the causes and components of a steam condenser side ferromagnetic scale at three million tons of PTA plant in Jiangsu Province are analyzed,and optimize the best cleaning agent formulations. According to the site situation,design a chemical cleaning process that has good feasibility,this study guides the same type ferromagnetic scale cleaning project.
