摘要
目的:分析血液透析机专用消毒液的性能。方法:通过理化测定法、悬液定量定性杀菌试验和钙清除效果试验对血液透析机专用消毒液的性能进行研究。结果:血液透析机专用消毒液在温度54℃的环境中放置14天后,其有效氯的含量下降2.17%。该消毒液具有高效杀菌的作用,可在15min内将血液透析机内的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌全部杀灭。同时,该消毒液可以在10min内将血液透析机内的碳酸钙清除50%以上。结论:血液透析机专用消毒液具有品质稳定、杀菌效率高和能够清除碳酸钙的作用。
Objective： To study the germicidal efficacy and disinfection related properties of a disinfectant specially used in hemodialysis machine. Methods： The performance of the disinfectant specially for the research and development of hemodialysis machine was studied by physical and chemical methods, suspension quantitative qualitative germicidal test and calcium clearance effect test. Results： The disinfectant specially of hemodialysis machine was placed in the environment of 54 degrees C for 14 days, and the effective rate was only 2.17%. High efficiency sterilization： to the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the 15 min can kill all, can also be on the hemodialysis machine completely sterilization. Cleaning in addition to calcium： after more than 50% of the calcium carbonate was added to the disinfectant solution 10 min.Conclusion： The disinfectant has the characteristics of stable quality, high efficiency, sterilization and removing calcium.
