摘要
目的分析延续性护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果,为提高2型糖尿病的生活质量提供科学依据。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月该院收诊的100例2型糖尿病患者,将其均分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组使用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用延续性护理干预。比较两组患者的生活质量以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组与对照组生活质量评分为(86.4±6.5)分和(76.5±4.5)分、护理满意率为95.0%(57/60)和81.7%(49/60),两组间的生活质量评分以及护理满意率差异有统计学意义。结论延续性护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中具有较好的应用效果,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application value of continuing nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes and provide scientific basis for improving the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and diagnosed in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divid-ed into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the conventional nursing model, the observation group adopted continuing nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the quality of life and satisfactory degree of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the quality of life score and nursing satisfactory rate between the observation group and the control group were obvious with statistical significance,[（86.4±6.5） marks, 95.0%（57/60） vs（76.5±4.5） marks, 81.7%（49/60）]. Conclusion The application effect of continuing nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes is better, and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
