彩色多普勒超声诊断早期糖尿病肾病的临床意义

The Clinical significance of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断早期糖尿病肾病的临床意义。方法将2013年5月—2015年5月期间该院收治的55名早期糖尿病患者作为观察组研究对象,另外选取相同时期内,前来该院接受常规身体检查的50名健康者归为对照组研究对象,两组患者均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪为其进行诊断检查。结果观察组患者的各项指标平均值与对照组组正常者均存在明显的统计学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的各项肾脏动力指标,发现两组的指标平均值均存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在应用于早期糖尿病肾病中具有重要的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods May 2013 to 2015 years 5 months were treated in our hospital from 55 patients with early diabetes as the subjects of the observation group, in addition to select the same period, came to our hospital accepted routine physi-cal examination of 50 healthy persons classified as control group, two groups of patients using color Doppler ultrasonic diag-nostic apparatus for its diagnosis. Results The indicators were observed in patients with an average value of the normal con-trol group were significantly different, obviously（P〈0.05）, were statistically significant value. Compared the two groups of patients with renal dynamic indicators, found that the average value of the indicators of the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.
