导痰祛瘀药对糖尿病伴冠心病的治疗价值评析

Guide Phlegm and Dispelling Stasis Drugs for the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) Value

目的：研究导痰祛瘀药对糖尿病伴冠心病的治疗价值。方法选取该院2014年3月-2015年2月收治的83例糖尿病伴冠心病患者。患者分组方法：分层随机化法。83例患者分为西药组和导痰祛瘀组两个组别。西药组以西药曲美他嗪治疗；导痰祛瘀组在西药组基础上增加中医导痰祛瘀药治疗。观察指标：①病情控制率；②治疗前和治疗后患者空腹血糖、左心射血分数、E/A值的差异。结果①导痰祛瘀组相比于西药组病情控制率更高，字2检验结果（P〈0.05）；②治疗前两组空腹血糖、左心射血分数、E/A值相似，t检验结果（P跃0.05）；治疗后导痰祛瘀组相比于西药组空腹血糖、左心射血分数、E/A值改善更显著，t检验结果（P〈0.0）5。结论导痰祛瘀药对糖尿病伴冠心病的治疗效果确切，可有效改善患者血糖、心功能，值得推广。

Objective To study the guide phlegm and dispelling stasis drugs for the treatment of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease. Methods The test object： from March 2014 - February 2015 treated 83 cases of patients with coro-nary heart disease with diabetes mellitus. Patients grouping methods： stratified randomization. 83 patients were divided into western medicine group and guide phlegm and dispelling stasis group two groups. Western medicine group treated with western medicine trimetazidine; Guide based on the phlegm and dispelling stasis in western medicine group increase the guide of TCM phlegm and dispelling stasis drugs treatment. Observation indexes：① the disease control rates;② before and after treatment in patients with fasting glucose, left heart ejection fraction, E/A value difference. Results ①guide phlegm and dispelling stasis group disease control rates higher than western medicine group, 字2 test results （P〈0.05）; ②the two groups before treatment fasting glucose, left heart ejection fraction, E/A value similar to that of t test results （P〉0.05）;Guide the phlegm and dispelling stasis group after treatment compared with the western medicine group of fasting blood glu-cose, left heart ejection fraction, E/A value is more significant improvement, t test results （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guide phlegm and dispelling stasis drugs for the treatment of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease （CHD） effect is exact, which can effectively improve the patients＆#39; blood sugar, heart function, is worth promoting.
