心电图诊断高钾血症的临床价值

Clinical value of electrocardiography in diagnosis of hyperkalemia

目的研究心电图诊断高血压的应用价值,为临床治疗提供科学指导。方法共收录2015年3月-2016年3月期间,我院收治的19例高钾血症患者资料,对其心电图资料进行分析;结合心电图诊断结果,对高钾血症患者采取针对性治疗方案。结果心电图变化可翻译高钾血症的血清钾浓度高低,对高钾血诊断具有借鉴意义;本次19例均确诊为高钾血症,通过降低血清钾治疗后,心血管症状、神经肌肉症状等均得到有效控制。结论心电图诊断高钾血症有较高的临床价值,操作简单、便捷,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of electrocardiography in the diagnosis of hyperkalemia,and to provide scientific guidance for clinical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with hyperkalemia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were collected, and their electrocardiographic findings were analyzed. The targeted therapy was given to the patients with hyperkalemia with reference to the electrocardiographic findings. Results The changes in electrocardiographic findings reflected the concentration of serum potassium in the patients with hyperkalemia and were used for the diagnosis of hyperkalemia. All the 19 patients were diagnosed with hyperkalemia, and after the treatment to reduce serum potassium, cardiovascular and neuromuscular symptoms were effectively controlled. Conclusion Electrocardiography has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of hyperkalemia and holds promise for wide clinical application due to an easy and convenient procedure.
