摘要
营销人才的创新能力是知识学习能力、知识转化能力、创新思维能力、环境应变能力的结合体.通过探索性分析,找出国家创新政策法规、高校教学观念、课堂教学方法与手段、实践教学、创新师资队伍、高校创新氛围等6个影响因素,再用模糊综合评价法验证了以上因素的重要性.
Innovation abilities include the abilities in terms of knowledge learning and application,creative thinking,and adapting to circumstances.There are six factors that influence the innovation abilities,namely,national innovation policies and regulations,conception of teaching in universities,teaching methods and measures,practice,teaching staff,and innovation atmosphere in universities.The importance of these factors is verified by fuzzy evaluation.Thus it is necessary to give priority to these factors.
