白细胞介素37在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of IL-37 in chronic hepatitis B

目的 :研究慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者体内白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-37的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:收集38例CHB患者(CHB组)和11名健康志愿者(对照组)的血液标本,采用反转录聚合酶链反应法及蛋白印迹法检测2组患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMCs)中IL-37 m RNA和相应蛋白的表达水平;并应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测2组血清中的IL-37水平,比较2组间的差异。结果:与对照组相比,CHB组PBMCs中IL-37 m RNA和蛋白的表达均明显降低;而对照组血清中IL-37浓度为(36.3±5.2)pg/m L,CHB组为(22.2±1.4)pg/m L,2组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论 :IL-37参与了CHB的发病过程,本研究可能为CHB患者的治疗提供新思路。

Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of interleukin（IL）-37 in chronic hepatitis B（CHB） patients. Methods： Thirty-eight CHB patients and 11 healthy controls were enrolled. Blood samples and biochemical parameters were collected. Levels of IL-37 m RNA and protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMCs） were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. Furthermore, serum IL-37 level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results： IL-37 m RNA and protein levels in PBMCs of CHB patients were lower than those in healthy controls, so was the serum IL-37 level. Conclusions： IL-37 may be involved in the pathogenesis of HBV infection,which may provide a novel treatment strategy for CHB patients.
