随着国家质检总局《特种设备安全监管改革顶层设计方案》(国质检特〔2016〕91号)的文件于2016年2月23日的正式出台,特种设备检验机构改革己势在必行。据此,文中主要探讨特种设备检验机构的改革如何发挥市场机制的作用。

With the official introduction of the documentto ＂the special equipment safety regulatory reforms top-level design ＂ofstate administration of quality supervision（national quality inspection [2016] No.91） on February 23,2016,the formal introduction,special equipment inspection agency reform has been imperative.According to this,this paper mainly discusses how to play the role of market mechanism in the reform of special equipment inspection agency.
