造纸法再造烟叶浆料湿部化学状态分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用Zeta电位仪、PCD颗粒电荷测定仪、动态滤水仪、纤维形态分析仪等对再造烟叶浆料进行检测分析,结果表明:磨浆后浆料中的Zeta电位值为-14.6 m V,加入瓜尔胶后变为-13.2m V,整饰盘磨浆的阳离子需求量为-93ueq/L,白水中的阳离子需求量为-270ueq/L,加入瓜尔胶后的上网浆阳离子需求量变为-207ueq/L,反而降低,但滤水留着实验及灰分测试表明瓜尔胶的加入会提高浆料的滤水性和留着率。上网浆阳离子需求量增大主要是白水中细小纤维含量高导致的。上网浆料中细小纤维(面积比)高达27.64%。 The pulp of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco was analyzed by Zeta Potential Detector,Particle Charger Detector,Dynamic Filtration Analyzer,Morfi Compact,etc. The results showed that: Zeta potential of refiner pulp was rised to-13. 2m V from-14. 6m V after adding guar gum; cationic demand of refiner pulp was-93 ueq/L while the final pulp was-207 ueq/L; cationic demand of pulp did rise by adding guar gum. Retention and drainage abilities of the pulp and ash content had significant increase with the addition of guar gum; the pulp had great fines content,it results in the rising cationic demand. Proportion of fines in pulp was as high as 27. 64%( area ratio).
