打浆与助剂喷涂对改善皱纹纸性能的影响

Effect of Refining and Additives Spraying on Improving Performance of Crepe Paper

本研究利用100%漂白针叶木浆在实验室抄造了皱纹纸,研究了磨浆转数与打浆度,打浆度与皱纹纸性能之间的关系,并考察了喷涂不同化工助剂对皱纹纸的施胶效果﹑手感挺度﹑机械强度以及回潮率的影响。结果表明:在磨浆初期,打浆度呈线性快速上升;而到磨浆后期,当打浆度超约70°SR,打浆度的上升却非常缓慢。木薯淀粉﹑聚乙烯醇﹑阳离子淀粉按1:1:1的比例混合时对纸张的手感挺度最好,并且这种组合对纸张的机械强度增强效果最突出。另外,当苯丙乳液(SAE)的用量达到0.40%时,皱纹纸的回潮率降低趋于平稳,此时纸张的防水性能最好。

100 % bleached softwood pulp was used in this research to manufacture crepe paper,then the relationship of refining revolutions with beating degree,and beating degree with properties of paper were studied. Finally,different chemical additives sprayed to the crepe paper on the performance of sizing effect,hand feel stiffness,mechanical strength and moisture regain were also investigated. The results indicated that at the beginning of refining,beating degree increased linearly; but the rise of beating degree was very slow when beating degree exceeded 70°SR.The hand feel stiffness of crepe paper was the best when cassava starch,polyvinyl alcohol,cationic starch with the proportion of 1： 1： 1 were added,and the synergic effect gave the paper prominent mechanical strength. In addition,when the dosage of the styrene acrylic emulsion（ SAE） reached 0. 40 %,the moisture regain of crepe paper reduced and leveled off,and achieved a better waterproof performance.
