中国2004-2013年抗哮喘中药专利分析

Analysis of anti-asthmatic TCM patents issued in China from 2004 to 2013

目的研究中国2004-2013年抗哮喘中药专利情况。方法检索中华人民共和国国家知识产权局网站(http://www.sipo.gov.cn)有关抗哮喘中药专利的相关数据,检索时间为2004年1月至2013年12月。结果共检索出662项抗哮喘中药专利,涉及5个国家,中国占98.8%。其中,69.2%为个人申请,机构申请占30.8%。89.4%为治疗成人哮喘专利,10.6%治疗儿童哮喘专利;82.3%为传统中药剂型,制成中药丸占5.9%,吸入剂占3.1%,外用占4.7%,食入占4.1%;92.7%为抗哮喘的中药方剂,7.3%在方剂中进行了辨证,主要为寒性哮喘、热性哮喘和各种虚证哮喘。结论了解现有抗哮喘中药情况可为将来临床更有效的治疗哮喘提供帮助。

Objective To study anti-asthmatic TCM patents issued in China from 2004 to 2013. Methods All data were obtained from the website of the People＇s Republic of China Country Intellectual Property Rights Bureau： http： / / www. sipo. gov. cn. Retrieval time： January 2004 to December 2013. Results A total of 662 anti-asthmatic TCM patents had been granted in China during this period. The patents of Chinese therapies are applied by 5 countries. China possesses 98. 8%. Of which 69. 2% for individual applications,institutional applications accounted for 30. 8%. Among them,89. 4% for the treatment of adult asthma patents,10. 6 % for children;82. 3% for traditional Chinese medicine formulations,the pills accounted for 5. 9%,inhalants for 3. 1%,external use for 4. 7%,ingestion for 4. 1%; 92. 7% for anti-asthma medicine prescriptions,7. 3% were in the dialectical prescription,mainly for cold-induced asthma,hot-induced asthma and a variety of deficiency asthma. Conclusion The current study may help to better understand the patent situation in China and to invent the more efficient therapies for asthma.
