经皮肺动脉瓣置入术适应证及手术时机的研究现状 被引量：4

摘要 经皮肺动脉瓣置入术（percutaneouspulmonaryvalveimplantation，PPVI）是最早应用于临床的经皮瓣膜置换技术，主要应用于治疗法洛四联症（tetralogyofFallot，TOF）外科纠治术后并发肺动脉瓣反流（pulmonaryregurgitation，PR）的患者。但在我国，PPVI开展较晚，仅有少数几家医院可以开展这项技术。而且，国内尚缺乏PPVI适应证和手术时机的相关指南或共识。本文结合PPVI研究的最新进展，探讨PPVI的适应证和手术时机。
