摘要
根据对国内高炉炼铁出铁场除尘系统的技术统计可以看出,大型除尘风机与除尘系统工况的紧密结合可大幅降低除尘风机的电力消耗。通过对炼铁系统出铁场除尘工艺特点的研究、工艺系统的数据把握和除尘系统对风机控制方式的要求等大量基础性工作,形成针对于炼铁厂高炉出铁场布袋除尘风机系统的性能优化组合技术。
According to the statistical analysis of domestic dust pelletizing systems in blast-furnace casting houses in, a proper balance between fan working points and system conditions may substantially reduce the fan's electric power consumption - A technique for optimizing the performance of dust pelletizing systems in blast-furnace casting houses has been developed based on the combined research of technological characteristics and control methods of dust exhausting fans.
