摘要
随着医学模式的转变,医疗服务理念从疾病技术诊治到以人为本、以病人为中心的转变,医院社会工作以其人性化的服务特点应运而生,因其领域的特殊性成为社会工作中最早专业化的领域。文章从资源依赖理论的视角出发,立足我国医院社会工作开展状况,分析制约医院社会工作发展的因素主要有制度资源、资金资源及人力资源等,要想破解这种资源不足的难题,可通过广泛合作的方式争取资源。当下医院社会工作的开展要处理好与政府、社会组织及学校的合作共生关系,依赖而不依附,实现平等合作。
With the transformation of medical model, medical service concept had changed from technical diagnosis and treatment of diseases to patient--centered service. That is why social work emerged and became the earliest professional field. From the perspective of resource dependence theory, this paper analyzed the main restraining factors of hospital social work development, such as system, financial and human resources. In order to solve these problems, resources could he obtained by way of extensive cooperation. Current hospital social work should handle its relationship with the authority, social organizations and schools, which is symbiotic cooperation rather than attachment, to achieve equal cooperation.
