摘要
目的:通过医院现场模拟效果评估分析,检验已建立的效果评价指标体系的实际应用价值,并进一步修正和完善。方法:分层抽取的金华市4家已创和未创健康促进医院(其中二级、三级各2家,综合性、专科性各2家),通过问卷调查、查阅档案资料、现场查看和访谈等方法完成25个三级指标的相关信息收集和评分。结果:25个三级指标中,评分较高的指标:患者健康教育满意度综合评分,4分;职工体检率,3.97分;病区健康教育活动评价指数、住院患者健康教育覆盖率、院外健康教育活动评价指数,均为3.95分。最低的是职工健康干预评价指数,2.23分;差距较大的是健身场所设置评分,2家已创医院为满分,2家未创医院为0.5分和0分。2家二级综合性医院,已创建健康促进医院的25个三级指标中有23个指标优于未创建,占92%;2家三级专科性医院,已创建医院有15个指标优于未创建,占60%。结论:所建立的健康促进医院效果指标体系对不同等级和不同性质的医院都适用,且包含多项量化指标,能较全面评估医院健康促进效果,具有广泛的实际应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the practical application value of the established evaluation index system for further revision and consummation by simulated evaluation analysis in hospitals. Methods Four health promotion hospitals (HPH) and four hospitals without health promotion in Jinhua city were selected by stratified sampling(including 2 secondary and 2 tertiary hospitals,2 comprehensive hospitals and 2 specialized hospitals). We collected and graded 25 tertiary indexes in HPH performance evaluation index system of each hospital by questionnaire survey, literature review, on --the--spot observation and interview. Results Of all 25 indexes, the indexes graded with higher scores were health ed- ucation satisfaction among patients(4 points) ,rate of staff physical examination(3.97 points) ,health education conducted in wards(3.95 points),health education coverage among inpatients(3.95 points),and health education conducted outside hospitals(3.95 points) ,while the index graded with lowest score was health intervention(2.23 points). The index with the greatest difference in score was body--building facilities, with full score in 2 health promotion hospitals, 0.5 points in 1 hospital without health promotion and 0 point in another hospital without. In two secondary comprehensive hospital, scores of 23 indexes(92% )in an HPH were better than the hospital without; in two tertiary specialized hospitals,scores of 15 indexes (60%)in an HPH hospital is better than the hospital without health promotion. Conclusions The established HPH performance evaluation index system is applicable to all hospitals of different grades and different classifications. The system covers a number of quantitative indexes,which can evaluate the performance of HPH comprehensively and have extensive practical application value.
