摘要
由于云南省海拔较高,属于高原地区,采用国家大地平面坐标系的投影归算面不能满足城市规划和工程测量长度变形值不大于2.5cm/km的要求。云南省的各州、市、县在完成基础测绘任务的同时,利用国家-工程坐标系科技项目成果,建立了可以与国家坐标系进行严密转换的地方坐标系,作为本行政区内唯一合法的相对独立坐标系统。介绍了国家-工程坐标系的理论基础和实现这一理论的关键技术,以及该成果在云南省的应用。
Yunnan Province is a plateau region,the projection plane transformational method used in the national geodetic plane coordinate system cannot meet the length deformation requirement,which is recommend to be less than 2.5cm/km.Using the scientific and technological achievement of Country-Engineering Coordinate System,we establish the strict transformational relation between the national and local coordinate systems.This paper describes the theory and technology of the Country-Engineering Coordinate System,as well as its application in Yunnan Province.
