Consensus on total intravenous anesthesia

全凭静脉麻醉（TIVA）已在临床上广泛应用，近年不乏国内相关的临床研究报道，包括多中心RCT。为推动TIVA在我国规范化应用，中华医学会麻醉学分会组织17位专家起草了《全凭静脉麻醉专家共识》。共识历经专家反复修改和两次专家会议集体讨论，并对推荐意见进行逐条投票。编写方法首次采用“问题-陈述-推荐意见-专家投票”的模式，以方便读者阅读时抓住重点。由于时间仓促，不足之处在所难免，欢迎读者提出意见和建议，以便将来更新共识时参考。

Total intravenous anesthesia （TIVA） has been widely used in clinical practice. In the recent years, there have been increasing domestic clinical studies on TIVA, including multi-center RCTs. To standardize the clinical application of TIVA and make it more suitable for China, the Chinese Society of Anesthesiology organized a group of 17 experts to draft this consensus. After numerous revision, face-to-face panel discussion, and voting for the recommendations one-by-one, it is now presented to the readers. Based on the style of ＂problem-statement-recommendations-experts vote＂ for the first time, it will facilitate the readers to focus on the priorities. Due to the tight schedule, deficiencies are inevitable. The opinions and suggestions are warmly welcome, in order to update the consensus in the future.
