摘要
运用层次分析法,对面向云服务的陕西省电子商务发展影响因素进行分析,按照目标层、准则层、决策层的形式排列,构建包含基础环境、政策环境、区域环境、人才资源、人才素质、人才技术水平、服务平台内容、服务平台管理、平台建设与维护、开展面向云服务的电子商务目的、面向云服务的电子商务功能、是否明确面向云服务的电子商务战略12个指标体系,通过层次总排序及一致性检验,得出对陕西省电子商务发展产生比较重要影响的因素,排序为:面向云服务电子商务发展的基础环境、人才技术水平、政策环境、服务平台内容、区域环境、人才资源。
Influence factors on the e-commerce development in Shaanxi Province are analysed by using the analytic hierarchy process. The main factors are twelve factors related to environment, intellect, platform and necessity such as basic environment, policy environment, regional environment, human resources, quality of talent, talent's technical level, content of service platform, platform construction and maintenance, development of cloud service oriented e-commerce, function of cloud service oriented e-commerce. The hierarchy analysis and consistency checking shows that the most important ones are those of the fundamental environment, intellectual skill, policy situation, contents of the service platform, regional environment and intellectual resources.
