摘要
为优化超声波辅助提取白兰叶总黄酮工艺,在单因素实验的前提下,以总黄酮得率为响应值,选择乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间、超声温度4个因素为自变量,进行Box-Behnken实验设计,研究4个因素及其交互作用对白兰叶总黄酮得率的影响。研究结果表明超声波辅助提取白兰叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为54%,液料比为19 m L/g,超声时间为25 min,超声温度为66℃,在此条件下,测得白兰叶总黄酮的得率为9.94%,与预测值相对误差为0.30%,说明回归模型的拟合度较高,该研究为白兰叶开发成天然抗氧剂奠定了理论基础和科学依据。
The ultrasonic -assisted extraction conditions of polyphenol from michelia alba leaves were optimized by response surface methodology.Based on single factor test, a 4 -factor, 3 -level Box - Behnken experimental was adopted including dependent variables(ethanol concentration,liquid to material ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature)and independent variable(yield of polyphenols).The results showed that the optimum conditions were ethanol concentration 54%, liquid to material ratio 19 mL/g, ultrasonic time 25 min, ultrasonic temperature 66 ~C. The yield of total flavonoids could be up to 9.94% under the optimal extraction condition,the relative error was 0.30% compared to the predictive value, which indicated the feasible model fitted well with the experimental data.The research could be developed a theoretical foundation and a scientific basis for the extraction of total flavonoids from michelia alba leaves into natural antioxidant.
