摘要
本文分析了饮料行业资源能源消耗、污染物产生排放的特点,介绍了清洁生产审核的方法原理,总结了饮料行业在开展清洁生产审核中需要重点关注的问题。说明了饮料行业只有从自身特点出发,合理运用清洁生产审核方法学,开展清洁生产工作,才能做到节能、降耗、减污、增效、可持续发展。
In this paper,energy consumption and pollutant emission characteristics of the beverage industry were analyzed, principles of cleaner production audit were introduced, some key points were also highlighted during the audit in the beverage industry. Cleaner production audit methodology should be implemented effectively in consideration of production characteristics of the beverage industry, in order to save energy, reduce pollution, improve efficiency and sustainable development.
