摘要
对不同栽培类型不同采收时间药菊的主要有效成分和产量进行分析,可为药菊在河南的安全生产提供理论依据。结果表明:6个栽培类型药菊的绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸、总黄酮含量一般以第1茬花含量最高,以后逐渐降低;前3茬花的绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量均达到了中华人民共和国药典(2015版一部)规定的标准。杭菊等栽培类型引种后在主要有效成分、产量和生态适宜性方面表现出优势,适宜在河南种植。
In order to provide theoretic basis for the safe production of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium in Henan Province,the main effective constituents and yield of different cultivars were studied at different picking times. The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5- O- dicaffeoyl quinic acid and total flavonoids in 4 periods of flowers of 6 cultivars of medicinal C. morifolium were general the highest at the 1st period,and then reduced gradually. The contents of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside and 3,5- O- dicaffeoyl quinic acid in the earlier 3 periods of flowers all reached the minimum standards which prescribed in CH. P( 2015). The Hangju and other C. morifolium cultivars introduced to Henan showed advantages in the main effective constituents,yield and ecological suitability,thus they were suitable for planting in Henan Province.
