大学生志愿服务与城郊居民素质提升

College Students' Volunteer Service and Quality Improvement of Suburban Residents

高校志愿服务体系在取得丰硕成果的同时,也存在服务内容、对象、体系、深度等方面的问题。大学生志愿服务走出高校走向社会的同时,和城市化进程中城郊居民素质问题相碰撞,这是大学生志愿服务体系自身完善的一次机遇,也是提升城郊居民素质的新思路。大学生志愿者与城郊居民二者在理论与实践上有结合、互惠的可能性,在共赢的理念下观照自身问题的同时彼此互惠。

Fruitful results have been achieved despite the existing problems regarding the content,subject,system and depth of service in the college volunteer service system. College students who do their off- campus volunteer service in society are challenged by the low personal qualities of the suburban residents. This offers an opportunity for the self- perfection of college students＇ volunteer service as well as a new idea to improve suburban residents＇ qualities. In theory and practice,the volunteer service and the quality cultivation can be combined for mutual benefit with their own problems respectively reflected.
