摘要
体验式服务是来源于经济范畴的一个较新的概念。新经济时代下,公共图书馆需要以提升服务理念、重视流程管理、培养创新能力为前提条件,提供和实施体验式服务。绍兴图书馆通过提供自助式服务、塑造优质阅读品牌等有效手段,为公共图书馆实施体验式服务提供了具体途径和创新形式。
Experiential service is a new concept originated from the economic field. In the new economic era,public libraries are supposed to provide and implement experiential services by improving the service concept,process management,and innovation ability. By providing the self service and shaping high- quality reading brands,Shaoxing Library offers some innovative ways and means for other public libraries with reference to experiential services.
