摘要 随着各地电网建设的深化,以及工业自动化的发展,电力部门管辖的电表数量的快速上升,但是电能表的抄收率低,人工干扰的环节多,不便于进行线损分析、用电稽查等工作的开展。加之国电公司提出了要大力推行一户一表,集中抄表,服务到户,收费与银行联网的要求,使电力管理部门一线抄表人员的工作强度极大,抄表难、收费难的问题日趋明显。为了改善电力管理部门面临的难题,同时提高电力管理部门的用电管理水平,本文针对电能计量中实际存在的收费分散、计量信息实时性较差、工作效率低下和计量计费不准确等现状,以及能耗计量的数据远传等问题,设计出了一种在恶劣环境下也能正常抄表的智能抄表系统,自动完成抄表工作。并将得到的数据通过电力载波、RS485总线、GPRS、或是网络传输。 With the deepening around the power grid construction and development of the industrial automation, the rapid increase in the power sector under the jurisdiction of the meters, but electric energy meter copy yield is low, the artificial interference links for line loss analysis, with the development of electrical inspection work. In order to improve the administrative departments of electric power, facing the problems and improve the administrative department of electric power of the electric management level, the electric energy metering" in the actual charge dispersion and measurement information in real time is poor, work efficiency is low and the metering and billing is not accurate in the status quo, and energy metering data remote transmission, etc. problem design a in harsh environments can also normal reading smart meter reading system, automatic completion of the work of meter reading. And will get the data through the power line carrier, RS485 bus, GPRS, or network transmission.
