自拟泻心天泽方对复发性阿弗他溃疡患儿外周血中TGF-β_1和IL-10表达水平的影响

Effect of self-made Xiexintianzefang on expression level of TGF-β_1,and IL-10 in children with recurrent Aphthous ulcer

目的研究自拟泻心天泽方治疗儿童复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效及其对患儿外周血中转化生长因子-β_1（TGF-β_1）、白介素-10（IL-10）水平的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月唐山市协和医院口腔科复发性阿弗他溃疡患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和中药组,每组各30例。对照组使用复合维生索B片及维生素C片口服;中药组使用自拟泻心天泽方治疗,7 d为1疗程,观察其疗效及安全性,并检测外周血中TGF-β_1和IL-10水平。结果中药组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的63.3%（χ~2=11.589,P〈0.01）。2组患者治疗后证候评分均低于治疗前（P〈0.01）,中药组患者证候评分改善情况优于对照组（t=3.91、7.43、12.58、10.21、15.57,P〈0.01）。2组患儿治疗后血清中TGF-β_1和IL-10水平明显降低（中药组：t=-4.55、6.01,P=0.01、0.01;对照组：t=-2.67、4.66,P=0.01、0.01）,且中药组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=-3.49、-4.92,P=0.01、0.05）。结论自拟泻心天泽方治疗儿童复发性阿弗他溃疡效果较好,其作用机制可能与调节细胞免疫有关。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiexintianzefang for the recurrent aphthous ulcer of children and its influence for transforming growth factor beta（TGF-β_1） and interleukin 10（IL-10） level in the peripheral blood.Methods 60 cases of children with recurrent aphthous ulcer were enrolled into this study,and were randomly divided into control group（30 cases） and herb group（30 cases）.The control group were orally received compound vitamin B and vitamin C pills,the herb group were treated with Xiexintianzefang for 7 days;during the period,its efficacy and safety were observed and the level of TGF-β_1 and IL-10 in peripheral blood were detected.Results The Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 90.0%,significantly higher than the control group 63.3%（χ~2=11.589,P 0.01）.Syndrome score after treatment,the patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P 0.01）,Chinese medicine group of patients with syndrome score better than those in the control group（t =3.91,t=7.43,t =12.58,t =10.21,t =15.57,P 0.05）.The two groups after treatment in children with serum TGF-β_1 and IL-10 levels decreased significantly（Chinese medicine group：t =-4.55,t =6.01,P =0.01,P =0.01;control group：t =-2.67,t =4.66,P =0.01,P =0.01）,and traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（t =-3.49,t =-4.92,P =0.01,P=0.01）.Conclusion The curative effect of Xiexintianzefang is better for recurrent aphthous ulcer in children,its mechanism may be related to regulating cellular immunity.
