黄体酮胶囊在早期先兆流产中的临床应用效果

The clinical effect of progesterone capsules in early threatened abortion

目的了解黄体酮胶囊在早期先兆流产中的临床应用效果。方法随机选取19例早期先兆流产患者作研究组，给予黄体酮胶囊治疗；另选取19例早期先兆流产患者作对照组，给予肌肉注射黄体酮针治疗，对比两组患者采用不同疗法后的治疗效果。结果研究组患者口服黄体酮胶囊治疗后的保胎成功率为94．73％，对照组患者肌注黄体酮针治疗保胎成功率为68．42％，结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论黄体酮胶囊治疗早期先兆流产可避免因针剂注射为患者带来的痛苦，效果值得肯定。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of progesterone capsules in early threatened abortion. Methods 19 cases of early threatened abortion in study group were treated with progesterone capsules, 19 cases of early threatened abortion in control group were given intramuscular injection of progesterone needle. Compared the curative effect of different therapy in two groups. Result The tocolytic success rate of study group was 94.73%, that of control group was 68.42%, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Progesterone capsules in the treatment of early threatened abortion can avoid the pain caused by injection for patients, the effect is worth affirmation.
