尿微量清蛋白联合血清胱抑素在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨尿微量清蛋白联合血清胱抑素c检验在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法2014年1月至2015年12月120例收治的糖尿病患者中早期糖尿病肾病46例(A组),糖尿病无肾病74例(B组),同时收集60例健康者资料作为对照研究(C组)。对三组中的血尿微量清蛋白、清胱抑素c、血糖、血肌酐和糖化血红蛋白等生化指标进行比较。结果A、B组中尿微量清蛋白联合血清胱抑素C水平比C组显著增高(P〈0.05),且随着肾损伤的加重而升高;A、B组GLU和HbA1c与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论联合检测尿微量清蛋白和血清胱抑素C可以提高糖尿病肾病早期肾损害的检出率。 Objective To investigate the application value of the combined detection of urinary microalbumin (malb) and serum cystatin C (CysC) in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 45 cases of early DN (group A), 74 cases of diabetic mellitus (group B), and 60 cases of healthy subject (group C) from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The levels of urinary malb, serum CysC, and other biochemical indexes of GLU, HbA 1 C, Cr were detected and compared. Results The levels of urinary malb and serum CysC in group A and B were significantly higher than those in group C, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05), moreover which increased with the aggravation of renal damage; there were statistically significant differences in the levels of GLU and HbA1C between group A, B and group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined detection ofurinary malb and serum CysC could increase the diagnosis rate of renal damage in early DN.
