重型颅脑外伤患者临床优质护理服务模式的构建与效果研究

Construction and effect of clinical high quality nursing service mode for patients with severe traumatic brain injury

目的研究重型颅脑外伤患者的临床治疗中，优质护理服务模式对治疗效果的影响。方法收集本院2014年2月至2015年2月治疗的重型颅脑外伤患者42例作为研究组，采用优质护理服务，另选取2013年1月至2014年1月在本院治疗的重型颅脑外伤患者38例作为对照组，采用传统护理服务，比较两组护理方式对治疗效果的影响。结果研究组患者治疗护理后各项生活质量评分显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组患者恢复良好31例（73．8％）明显高于对照组的14例（46．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组患者的总满意度高于对照组（95．2％vs．66．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（14．3％vs．40．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在重型颅脑外伤患者的临床治疗中，采用优质护理服务能够减少并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量，降低患者致残率，促进患者的康复。

Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing service mode on the therapeutic effect of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 42 cases of severe traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as study group, and received high quality nursing service. Another 38 cases of severe traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as control group, and received conventional nursing service. The effect on the therapeutic effect of these two nursing modes were compared. Results Life quality score in study group after nursing was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The rate of good recovery in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （73.8% vs.46.7%）, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The degree of satisfaction in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （95.2% vs.66.7%）, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group （14.3% vs.40.0%）, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury, the implementation of high quality nursing service mode can reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the life quality, reduce the morbidity, and promote the rehabilitation for patients.
