循证护理对肿瘤患者放疗恐惧心理的影响研究

The effect of evidence-based nursing in relieving tumor patients＇ pre-radiotherapy fear

目的探讨循证护理对肿瘤患者放疗恐惧心理的影响。方法将本院自2014年2月至2016年2月以来所收治的100例肿瘤患者，按照双盲法将患者分为常规组（50例）和循证组（50例）。常规组行常规放疗护理；循证组加用循证护理。比较两组：恐惧程度，生理、心理、文化、社会环境质量评分，放疗副作用率。结果①循证组患者恐惧率（70．O％）显著低于常规组（82．0％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;②循证组生理、心理、文化、社会环境质量评分[（30．23±5．34）、（34．53±3．44）]、（26．73±2．13）、（20．44±1．55）]高于常规组[（24．72±3．95）、（28．46±2．25）]、（21．67±1．82）]、（13．23±1．26）]，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；③循证组放疗副作用率比常规组低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理对肿瘤患者放疗恐惧心理有减轻和消除作用，可改善患者在生理、心理、文化、社会环境方面的舒适度，减轻放疗副作用率，值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of evidence-based nursing in relieving tumor patients＇ pre- radiotherapy fear. Methods 100 cases of tumor treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were divided into routine group （50 cases） and evidence-based group （50 cases） according to the double blind method. Routine radiotherapy nursing was used in routine group; evidence-based nursing was used in evidence- based group. Compared the degree of fear, physical, psychological, cultural, social environmental quality score, the rate of side effects of radiotherapy. Results ① The rate of fear in evidence-based group was significantly lower than that in routine group （70% vs.82%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. ② The physical, psychological, cultural, social environmental quality score of evidence based group were significantly higher than those of routine group [（30.23±5.34） vs.（24.72±3.95）, （34.53±3.44） vs.（28.46±2.25）, （26.73±2.13） vs.（21.67±1.82）, （20.44±1.55） vs.（13.23±1.26）], with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. ③ The side effect rate of evidence-based group was significantly lower than that of routine group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing can relieve and eliminate the fear of cancer patients with radiotherapy, there can improve physical, psychological, cultural, social environmental comfort level, reduce the side effect of radiotherapy, it is worth popularizing.
