芪榴熏洗方熏洗治疗糖尿病足临床疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Qi-Liu Fumigation for Diabetic Foot

目的：观察芪榴熏洗方熏洗对糖尿病足临床疗效。方法：将123例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组（61例）和对照组（62例），对照组给予基础治疗，治疗组在基础治疗上结合芪榴熏洗方熏洗治疗，治疗4周后观察患者疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后的ABI、TBI、VPT得分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后的神经传导速度显著快于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：芪榴熏洗方能有效促进糖尿病足恢复，适合临床推广。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Qi-liu fumigation in treatment of diabetic foot. Methods： 123 cases of patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group （61 cases） and control group （P〈0.05）, the control group treated by basic treatment, while treatment group by Qi-liu fumigation on the basis of basic treatment, observed the efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment. Results： The overall response rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the ABI, TBI, VPT scores of treatment group were significant- ly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）, the nerve conduction velocity was significantly faster than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qi-liu fumigation can effectively improve the recovery of diabetic foot, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
