摘要 目的:介绍新的粒子群分离度数字增强技术及其去除脂质颗粒对WBC计数干扰的效果验证。方法:通过脉宽信号获取Baso散点图FS方向的增强信号,从而达到分离脂质颗粒与白细胞的目的,并收集3例体检样本,通过添加脂肪乳模拟脂血样本,对比分析使用新技术前后的WBC计数结果。结果:在使用新方法前,无论是低浓度组还是高浓度组,其WBC计数结果较对照组WBC结果均显著偏高,而使用新方法后其WBC结果得到明显的改善,与对照组结果一致性良好。结论:新技术的应用可以有效避免临床常见的脂血样本对血常规WBC参数计数可能造成的影响,使得BC-6800全自动血细胞分析仪的临床性能得到明显的提升。 Propose: A new Digital Enhancement Technique of Particle Swarm Separation was introdnced and its effect in eliminating the interference of lipid granules to WBC analysis was verified. Method: Euhanced FS signals of Baso scattergram were obtained through pulse width signals to separate lipid granules and leukocytes. 3 blood samples for health examination were collected, and fat emulsion was added into the samples to simulate lipemia samples. The WBC results before and after using the new technique are compared. Result: Before using the new technique, the WBC results of both tile low concentration and high concentration samples are remarkably higher than those of the control group, However, alter using the new technique, the consistency between the WBC results of the samples and those of the control group is clearly improved, Conclusion: Application of the new technique can effectively avoid impact of the common lipemia sample on the WBC analysis of routine blood test. The clinical performance of BC-6800 Auto Hematology Analyzer was improved by using this new technology.
