超声弹性成像与钼靶联合应用在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价超声弹性成像与钼靶联合应用在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析UE与钼靶共同观察过并经手术病理证实的132例患者158个乳腺良恶性肿块检查结果,并对其进行评价总结。结果:UE诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的敏感性为98.1%,特异性为75.5%,准确性95.6%,钼靶诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的敏感性为91.1%,特异性为50%,准确性84.8%,二者联合诊断的敏感性和准确性均为98.7%。结论:超声弹性成像与钼靶联合应用诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤准确率高,能够互相补充,可进一步降低乳腺癌的误诊率和漏诊率,为临床诊断和治疗提供更准确、更可靠的依据。 Purpose: Evaluate the value of combining ultrasound elastography and molybdenum target in the diagnosis breast benign or malignant tumor. Methods: The testing results of 132 cases of patients with 158 breast benign or malignant tumors which were observed by both UE and molybdenum target and proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and then evaluated it and drew a conclusion. Results: The sensibility, specificity and veracity of UE in the diagnosis of breast benign or malignant tumors were 98.1%, 75.5% and 95.6% respectively, while the sensibility, specificity and veracity of molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast benign or malignant tumors were 91.1%, 50% and 84.8% respectively. The sensibility and veracity were both 98.7% when UE and molybdenum target were in combination. Conclusion: The accuracy rate of combining ultrasound elastography and molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast benign or malignant tumor is high and both methods can complement each other as well. The combination of ultrasound elastography and molybdenum target can further reduce the misdiagnosis rate and false dismissal rate, which provides more accurate and more reliable foundation for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
