摘要 系统地设计了浸渍酚醛树脂石墨密封材料的性能评价方法及步骤,该方法从微观结构、基本热物理性能、机械强度及摩擦学试验做出综合评价.采用该方法,结合大量试验在3种不同型号浸渍酚醛树脂石墨中选出了一种最适合特定实际工作情况的石墨. In this paper, the methods and procedures of performance evaluation of impregnated phenolic resin graphite sealing materials are designed, and a comprehensive evaluation is carfled out from the aspects of microstructure, basic thermal physical properties, mechanical strength and Tribological test by the method. By .using of this method, a large number of experiments were used to select one kind of graphite which is best suited to the specific working conditions in the three different types of phenolic resin impregnated graphite.
