Summarization and Outlook of the Regulatory Framework for Clinics in China

在对我国诊所监管政策发展轨迹的总结评述基础上,从监管主体、监管内容以及监管手段三个方面对监管框架进行分析,发现了我国诊所现行监管政策存在着监管主体碎片化、诊所监管规则缺失问题,提出了建立符合我国诊所监管要求的现代监管体制、完善诊所在内的民营医疗机构监管制度、创新监管手段以及提升监管水平的政策建议。

Based on the summary and commentary of polices development about clinic regulation in China, the framework analysis was conducted from three aspects： regulatory bodies, regulatoh-y content and regulatory means. Two major problems were summarized： frag- mented regulato,7 bodies and lacking of special nlles for clinic regulation. In order to further complete the clinic regulatory framework in China, it proposed to establish a modern regulatory system in line with the requirement of the clinic regulation. improve the regulatory framework for clinics（including private medical institutions）, innovate means of regulation and improve the regulatory standard.
