Exploration on the Quality Chain Management Construction of IDEF0 Modeling Framework in Rural Basic Medical Service Network

从农村基本医疗服务网络中存在的"系统病"以及随之所带来的质量裂痕出发,基于系统工程学中的IDEF0模型构建工具,对农村基本医疗服务网络中的质量链管理模型进行系统模拟,以此为用复杂系统分析工具定性定量模拟农村医疗系统提供了创新性的理论研究基础。

It focused on the ＂system failure＂ and the quality chasm in basic medieal network in rural area of China by using a modeling tool IDEFO whieh belonged to systematic engineering. The model could be used to be the research foundation for the filrther research on the rural medical system in by using the tool of Complex System Analysis in both qualitative and quantitative ways.
