The Inevitability to Promote Healthcare Reform of the Supply Front:Taking Yichang as an Example

本研究以宜昌市为例,通过分析医院和基层医疗机构的人员、设备、诊疗次数以及均次费用等指标,提出必须从医疗服务供给侧改革入手,通过大力发展基层医疗机构,增加适宜技术供给,减少高端服务供给,从而提高医疗服务可获得性。

Taking Yichang as an example, the indicators of hospitals, staffs of primary medical institutions, equipment, health- care number and average cost were analyzed to propose that it needed to conduct the supply-side reform of medical services, develop primary medical institutions, increase appropriate technology supply and decrease the advanced services so as to promote the availabil- ity of medical services.
