摘要
依托现有的变电站层次化保护系统体系架构,提出一种面向间隔的就地一体化装置整合设计思路和实现方案。基于装置的功能整合思路,从硬件系统和就地防护2个方面对该类装置进行实现方案的研究;提出基于该类就地一体化装置的220kV典型变电站工程配置方案,并对主变间隔进行详细的描述;系统可靠性分析表明:该类装置组成的变电站保护控制系统实现了完全的过程层、间隔层功能一体化,优化了实现环节和网络结构,从而减少了设备数量,整体上提高了系统的可靠性。
Depending on system structure of existing hierarchical protection system,this paper proposes an integrated design thinking and implementation scheme of new local integrated devices for substation oriented interval.Firstly,the implementation scheme of hardware system and local protection was studied,and then the configuration scheme about 220 kV typical substation based on the integrated devices for oriented interval was proposed,and the main transformer interval was particularly described.System reliability analysis indicated that the substation protection and control system based on the devices could realize the total function integration between process level and bay level,and optimize the link and network structure,so as to reduce device quantities. The whole reliability of the system was improved.
