摘要
知识经济本质上是创新型经济,一个国家创新型人才队伍的质量和数量直接决定她在未来国际社会的地位与影响力。高中阶段是学生个性发展、创新意识觉醒的关键期,因此以创新理念为指导,在高中阶段实施英才教育对早期创新人才的发现、培养和输送具有特殊意义,而课程设置理念与创新人才培养质量密切相关。本文通过对中美两国各三所实行英才教育的高中课程目标、结构类型和内容的比较,分析其差异性,总结美国高中英才教育经验,以期对我国高中英才教育的课程设置和早期创新人才培养提供有益借鉴。
Knowledge-based economy in essence is innovation-oriented economy. The quality and quantity of the innovative talent team of a country directly determines its future status as well as influence in the international community. Senior high school embraces the crucial period when students develop their personalities and raise their awareness of innovation, therefore, it is significant to implement elite education during this period under the guidance of innovation idea for the discovery,cultivation and transport of early innovative talents. However,the curriculum idea goes hand in hand with the quality of innovative talents cultivation. By comparing the curriculum objects,structural type and curriculum content in three Chinese and American senior high schools under elite education respectively,the thesis analyzes their differences and summarizes the elite education experience of American senior high schools,in the hope to provide beneficial reference for the curriculum of elite education in Chinese senior high schools and the cultivation of early innovative talents.
